MTZ Youth   You are the Potter...I am the Clay

For a small sized congregation, MTZ has quite a few younger children ranging mostly from nursery age to freshmen in high school.  MTZ makes a commitment to instilling knowledge and interest in our younger people.  The congregation feels the youth is one of our most important assets for shining God’s light into the future.  Therefore, we believe in providing the resources necessary in order to offer our younger people with the tools they need to grow up as strong members in the church.  We pray for our youth and hope to be strong Christian mentors in their lives.

Jesus said, "Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these."  --Matthew 19:14

Lock in “10

Thanks to everyone who helped/invited for the youth lock-in this past weekend.  We had a good turn out and we

appreciate all the effort of those involved.  We pray we made some kind of impression on a young persons life that will gear them more toward thinking about church and a relationship with God.  To view pictures from the lock-in, click here.
